Helped grow company from 12 to 120 staff, with a 10x increase in revenue.

Source and secure new sales accounts and grow new business lines. Initiated direct mail and email outreach and ongoing marketing campaigns with significant response rates.

Maintain and develop existing client accounts for new opportunities with expanding product line. Harnessed customer relationships and feedback to improve product-market fit. Customer-centric focus led to involvement with process of new equipment spec and purchase to generate additional incremental sales.

Team building and training.

During Covid, many of our clients closed. I initiated a new product line which in turn secured new sales accounts and additional revenue. We remained open through the entire crisis, and no staff were laid off.

Witb Brexit in 2020, when the UK left the European Union, this caused significant issues for both suppliers and clients. I led a major pivot to remain profitable given the changing economics of the UK (including Northern Ireland, where we had many customers).

Supervised production staff for fast-growing Internet publisher. Scaled up from 50 titles to over 2,000 titles including foreign language and multiple format versions. Managed pivot to corporate publisher for Fortune 500 clients.

Coordinated website launch, marketing, and e-mail marketing campaigns. This included round-the-clock, bi-lingual communication with email server staff in Quebec, Canada, featuring our clickable links sent in up to ten million emails a day.

Created and supported backbone to support most downloaded PDF book of the early Internet age. Solved production issues with Adobe and other support companies.

1996-2000

Creation of 100 volume CD-ROM set of royalty-free photographs for the advertising industry.  There were 100 high definition photographs on each, for total of 10,000 searchable photographs.  Sales via CD-ROM and Internet download.  Managed the high-definition scanning and reprographic pre-press and catalog printing . During this time we also pivoted away from the traditional print industry toward web-based processes.  Getty Images acquired Stockbyte.
